I wanted to thank you and the crew that was here this week.  The speedy response to my frantic call was astounding as was the crew that was here.  Jon Myers, Quentin White and Mike Brethauer were extremely thorough, explained everything so well and did their demolition...cheerfully.  These guys obviously take pride in what they are doing while being very conscious of me as the homeowner.  I had just moved in a few weeks before and not even fully unpacked, so this pipe bursting and the damage caused came at the tail end of two months of the stress of packing one home, moving, unpacking and right at the finish line.  Literally the night before I had unpacked one of the last boxes and was starting to hang the first of the artwork.  

Because of their kindness great attitudes during the demolition of damage, I was able to calm down, start laughing and knew it was all going to be ok.  I was in good hands with SERVPRO.
